PhysiciansBruce Conaway, MD, FAAFP Bruce is a board certified family physician who graduated from Penn State University College of Medicine, and completed his Family Practice Residency at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. He has been practicing Family Medicine for over 20 years. He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. He has completed the Pittsburgh Marathon twice and his first triathlon (with his son) at age 52. Kathy Conaway, RN, BSN Kathy obtained her RN from Penn State University in 1979. She worked at Shadyside Hospital, Passavant Hospital and Centre Community Hospital as a Critical Care nurse. She completed her BSN at LaRoche College, and obtained her paralegal certificate from Duquesne University's School of Leadership and Professional Advancement. She has three grown children, a life long interest in fitness and nutrition, and has obtained CLU's in bariatrics and nutrition. Kathy is an affiliate member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. |
