Insurance Plan Participation

Since most health insurance plans do not cover weight loss programs or services, we do not participate with any health insurances.  We will provide itemized receipts for our service for those patients who may be eligible for reimbursement from their employer's benefit program or who may qualify for income tax deductions for certain services.
