Cancellation details:

The office will confirm your appointment 24-48 hours prior to your follow-up or physical appointment. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment.

Emergency Care:

After office hours, the voice mail system will instruct you that the office is closed and how to reach the on-call physician. The on-call physician can be reached for emergencies by calling our answering service for our Wexford and Northview Heights Office at 724-935-7771 or our Cranberry Office at 724-935-7773. In an emergency, use the emergency room that is approved by your health insurance company. If the insurance requires authorization, you can leave a message for us on the referral line or call us the following business day with your information.
