Wexford Medical Practice has been serving Pittsburgh's northern suburbs since 1983. Our board certified physicians enjoy taking care of all members of your family, from birth through retirement.

Our goal is to provide every member of your family with the caring, professional health care they need as quickly and conveniently as possible. We have three locations (please see locations tab).

 

NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) works with large employers, policy makers, doctors, patients and health plans to decide what is important, how to measure it and how to promote improvement. Physician practices who have met stringent criteria measuring health plan performance are given three-year certification and also receive financial rewards depending on their level of program attainment.

WEXFORD MEDICAL PRACTICE ACHIEVED THE DIABETES PHYSICIAN RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Developed by NCQA and the American Diabetes Association, this program utilizes evidence-based measures to recognize physicians who provide excellent care to their diabetic patients.

Long-term-care facilities that we are associated with are Manor Care North, Wexford House, and Vincentian Home. MEET OUR STAFF

Bruce Conaway M.D.
Dr. Conaway received his medical degree from
Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.
He completed his residency in family practice at
Shadyside Hospital. He is board-certified in
family medicine.

Elaine Cronauer Dischman M.D.
Dr. Cronauer Dischman received her medical degree
at Temple University School of Medicine. She
completed her residency in family practice at Forbes
Health System. She is board-certified in family
medicine.

Frederick Florian M.D.
Dr. Florian received his medical degree from the
Medical University of South Carolina. He completed
his residency in family practice at the University
of Massachusetts Medical Center. He is board-certified
in family medicine.

David Morris M.D.
Dr. Morris received his medical degree from the
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He
completed his residency in family practice at San
Jose Medical Center in California. He is board-
certified in family medicine.

Hilary Stroud M.D.
Dr. Stroud received her medical degree from the
University of California, San Diego School of
Medicine. She completed her residency in family
practice at Indiana University, Purdue University
Medical Center. She is board-certified in family
medicine.
