8:00 am - 5:00 pm Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office at 724-444-4700. Every attempt is made to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Typically, you can be seen within 24 hours for acute illnesses. To better serve all of our patients, our office has adopted a "no show" policy. An appointment is considered a "no show" appointment if the patient fails to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance or arrives later than 10 minutes after the appointment time and needs to reschedule. Should you fail to keep your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $30 fee; repeated failures could result in your dismissal from the practice.
Emergency Care: If you have an after-hours emergency, you can call our office and select option 7 to automatically forward your call to Allegheny General Hospital or call 412-359-3131. Please request that the physician on call for Pine Richland Medical Associates be paged. The on-call physician will return your call promptly. If you need immediate attention, however, go directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
