At Arshad I. Chughtai, MD FACP and Associates our staff is comprised of skilled physicians, experienced health professional and dedicated support staff who work together as a team to care for you in a comfortable setting.

Our physicians provide comprehensive internal medicine, family medicine and geriatric care, evaluating and treating a range of medical problems in adults and children over 4 years of age.

NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) works with large employers, policy makers, doctors, patients and health plans to decide what is important, how to measure it and how to promote improvement. Physician practices who have met stringent criteria measuring health plan performance are given three-year certification and also receive financial rewards depending on their level of program attainment.

• Diagnostic testing such as EKGs, breathing tests, blood vessel testing, exercise stress testing, sigmoidoscopy, cystoscopy, echocardiograms and outpatient cardiac monitoring
• EEG (brain-wave testing), EMG/NCV (electrical testing of muscles and nerves) and evoked potentials (electrical testing of brain stem and optic nerves)

Physicians in our practice have hospital privileges at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, The Western Pennsylvania Hospital-Forbes Regional Campus, Allegheny General Hospital-Suburban Campus, Mercy Hospital, North Hills Passavant Hospital, Mercy Providence, HeathSouth Harmarville and St. Margaret.
