This practice was established in the 1950's by Dr. Don Meister and Dr. Robert
NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) works with large employers, policy makers, doctors, patients and health plans to decide what is important, how to measure it and how to promote improvement. Physician practices who have met stringent criteria measuring health plan performance are given three-year certification and also receive financial rewards depending on their level of program attainment.
NORTH HILLS INTERNAL MEDICINE ACHIEVED THE HEART/STROKE RECOGNITION PROGRAM Developed by NCQA and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, this program utilizes evidence-based measures to recognize physicians who provide excellent care to cardiovascular patients.

Sneider. 15 years ago Dr.'s Greg Molter and Donald Klinestiver took over this practice and created North Hills Internal Medicine Group. We are staffed with two Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners and over the past few years have added Dr. Ray Gallon, Dr. Marc Capitano, and Dr. George Dimitriou. We have three office locations: North Hills, North Side at Allegheny General Hospital, and at AGH-Suburban Campus in Bellevue. We accept most insurances and are currently on staff at Allegheny General Hospital and AGH-Suburban Campus. All Physicians are board certified in Internal medicine and treat patients 16 and older. We specialize in Internal Medicine, adolescent Medicine, Adult wellness and health maintenance care. We are committed to providing quality healthcare and service excellence to all of our patients.
