"Crash Course"
Focuses on tips, tools and techniques to enhance labor progress and manage pain better. Two Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm. Most insurance companies reimburse all/part of the fee. Classes fill quickly so call early to register.

Early Pregnancy Classes
Offers information and suggestions on how to enjoy a healthy pregnancy and prepare for birth. Two Wednesday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm.
