Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office @ 412-235-5800. Every attempt is made to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Typically, you can be seen within 24 hours for acute illnesses.

Cancellation Details:

Please give a 24 hour notice when canceling appointments.

To better serve all of our patients, our office has adopted a "no show" policy. An appointment is considered a "no show" appointment if the patient fails to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Should you fail to keep your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $20 fee; repeated failures could result in your dismissal from the practice. Also, if you are more then 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may not be seen and may need to reschedule your appointment.

Emergency Care:

Our physicians are on call 24 hours, if you need a physician after hours please call our office and you will be instructed to speak with our answering service who will then page the on call physician. If you need immediate attention , however , go directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
