Dr. Koduri joined the health system 1998 and has been serving the residents of East Liberty area of Pittsburgh since her medical career began. Dr. Koduri treats patients age 16 and older and strives to provide the best health care service to each patient. Welcome Dr. Uma Yadagiri Dr. Uma Yadagiri received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from The University of Health Sciences in India. She moved to Pittsburgh and did her residency in Family Medicine at Forbes Regional Hospital in 1988. She moved back to India and was a Junior Resident at Lakshmi Nursing Home in India in 1995. In September 1997, Dr. Yadagiri was a Lab Assistant in Diagnostic Microbiology at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Since 2002, she has worked as a Family Practitioner, providing primary health care services to various patient populations in many under served areas of Greater Pittsburgh. Dr. Yadagiri is very family oriented. She enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is married and has two children. Her main hobby is taking care of her family. NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) works with large employers, policy makers, doctors, patients and health plans to decide what is important, how to measure it and how to promote improvement. Physician practices who have met stringent criteria measuring health plan performance are given three-year certification and also receive financial rewards depending on their level of program attainment.
