Welcome to our medical office! We are committed to providing the highest level of care for you and your family. We accept patients of all ages and, with physicians who are board-certified in family practice and internal medicine, we can offer you a lifetime of care. If your medical condition requires immediate care, every effort will be made to see you the same day. Patients younger than 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian must bring signed, written consent for treatment. We ask you to remember to bring your insurance card(s) to every appointment and remember to update us with any changes in your name, address or insurance carrier. NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) works with large employers, policy makers, doctors, patients and health plans to decide what is important, how to measure it and how to promote improvement. Physician practices who have met stringent criteria measuring health plan performance are given three-year certification and also receive financial rewards depending on their level of program attainment.
